What is Foundations?
Interior design meets visionholding, with Foundations. We use design expertise and principles of spiritual life coaching to develop a highly personalized space and emotional experience.
What makes this different from traditional interior design consultations?
While aesthetics, functionality, and achieving a polished and cohesive look characterize the profession, we think its critical to understand your values, emotions, and a deeper connection between you and your environment first. It’s less about trends or perfection, and more about who you are and what you think/feel.
In the spirit of preparedness, we are taking one step back. Foundations invites you to come as you are and to tell us more about your journey so that together we can create an informed and intentional space that supports the way you want to live your life.
How do I know if it’s right for me?
In short, its for people who feel a bit disenchanted, restless, or bogged down in life.
Gradual neglect and lack of awareness of self and space can lead to stress, discomfort, and even burnout. Without intervention, small issues compound over time, making a once-functional and comforting space feel overwhelming and stale.
Refreshing a space through intentional design changes, decluttering, and novel elements is a proactive step in avoiding the buildup of “sameness” and maintaining a sense of vitality and wellbeing in an interior environment.
